How hard is it to run one of your activities?
It's very straight forward. We provide everything you need including full instructions about setting-up and monitoring your activity. We do suggest you familiarise yourself with the activity before running it "for real". You may like to begin with the standard activity before branching out to try some of the variations.

Can I check…do you provide everything I need?
Absolutely! Some activities involve marking out a start line or a no-go area. In your kit we provide what you need to do this in either an indoor or outdoor setting. If, over time, you need to replenish these you can purchase more from our website or source from your local DIY centre.

Do all the activities work indoors?
Yes - all our activities will run indoors.

Which is better; indoors or outdoors?
Both are great! Indoors is brilliant if time is limited, if there is no outdoor areas available, or if the weather is too hot, too cold or too wet. If participants are formally dressed they will probably appreciate working indoors. On the other hand, participants often enjoy working outdoors especially if you have access to attractive areas.

Do I need to be an experienced facilitator?
No. There are skills involved in running team activities and facilitating however the best way to learn is to have a go. Our comprehensive guidance notes will be a big help especially to those new to experiential training.

What if I'm not happy with what you send?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! However If you are not, just return the full kit to us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a no-quibble refund of the purchase price.

What do you mean when you say your activities are licence-free?
What this means is that you are free to use the activity as often as you want within your own organisation. If you are a consultant or trainer you may use the activity with your clients. The intellectual property contained within our activities belongs to Eventus. You are welcome to edit and customise participant briefs (for example you may put your logo, or your clients’s logo on to documents). However you may not remove the copyright statement at the foot of documents.

How long will it take for my game to arrive?
We assemble all orders in our workshop. Once we receive your order, we aim to despatch on the same or next working day. This means you can normally expect delivery within 4 to 5 working days. If you need a guaranteed delivery date please contact us to discuss. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as we can to diccuss the problem and give you the choice of what you want to do next.

Can you help me to run the activity?
We are happy to offer help and guidance on getting the best use of your new activity. Please send us an email to info@eventusevents.com outlining your questions. If you would like Eventus to run the activities for you then we are happy to send one of our experienced facilitators. Please contact us for details.
